Step 1: From the Quick Health Check to the Corporate Health Check
The Quick Health Check assesses your company from an outside perspective – based on publicly available information and your own input. The Corporate Health Check goes considerably further: it asks many more and more detailed questions and answers them with the documents your company provides – income statement and balance sheet, liquidity planning, cost calculations, sales breakdowns, organisation chart and KPI reports – and in interviews with management and key people.
The analysis is independent: every assessment is backed by a source. Anything that cannot be substantiated is not estimated but taken into the on-site conversations as an open question.
The result is a picture that stands up to critical questions from lenders, the board or buyers.
