Our work is based on the 10-P model. It looks at a company in ten dimensions, from positioning, product, price and sales to processes, people and performance. Only the interplay shows where earning power is being lost.
That is why we usually start with the Corporate Health Check: a structured assessment that makes the state of your company and its fields of action visible.
As entrepreneurs working for entrepreneurs, we combine experience from corporate management, supervisory boards and manufacturing with an outside view.
Founder and Managing Director
Dr. Christoph Weiss studied business administration at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where he also earned his doctorate. He then worked at Daimler-Benz AG, McKinsey & Company and Festo AG, most recently as a member of the Executive Board. Until 2006 he was Chairman of the Executive Board of TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG (Festool). Since 2008 he has been a professional supervisory board member and advisory board member of numerous companies, mostly family businesses. In 2010 he founded 10-P Consult AG in Zurich. Alongside his board work, he takes on operational responsibility: he was CEO of the Erni Group and is today Managing Director of C. & E. Fein GmbH.
He is the author of the series «Ratgeber professionelle Unternehmensführung» (Guides to professional corporate management), which includes «Verdammt zur Spitzenleistung», «Erfolgreiche Arbeit in Aufsichtsgremien» and «Ganzheitliche Unternehmensführung».

Johannes Weiss studied Banking & Finance at the University of Zurich. He then completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic in industry and went on to earn a Master's degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). At an internationally active management consultancy, he led a global competence centre for strategy and innovation. At a consultancy for digitalisation and transformation, he was then responsible for realigning digitalisation programmes. Since 2022 he has been a Principal at 10-P Consult and Managing Director of 10-P Consult Deutschland GmbH. From 2023 to 2025, as part of a mandate, he ran a manufacturer of customer-specific assemblies and components for mechanical engineering as Managing Director with operational responsibility.
His focus is on operational excellence, transparency in order fulfilment and implementing strategy in the core process.
