If you contact us with questions of any kind by e-mail or via the contact form, you give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting you. For this, a valid e-mail address is required. This serves to allocate the enquiry and to subsequently answer it. Providing further data is optional. The information you provide is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. After the enquiry you have submitted has been dealt with, personal data is automatically deleted.

Quick Health Check

On the page /en/quick-health-check you can request a free Quick Health Check. We collect the details you enter in the form: company name, revenue and headcount range, industry, your answers on revenue, gross profit margin, return on sales and revenue per article line item, where applicable your answer on liquidity reserves, as well as your name and your business email address.

Purpose and legal basis: We use these details to prepare your personal 10-P profile and send it to you. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box and submitting the form, together with the performance of the service you requested. Information about your company is not personal data unless it relates to you as an individual.

Recipients: Our website runs on Webflow (Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). Form entries are stored on Webflow servers in the USA. Webflow processes the data as our processor on the basis of a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses including the Swiss annex. To send emails we use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), likewise on the basis of the standard contractual clauses.

Retention: We keep your details for as long as they are needed to prepare and deliver the profile and to answer any follow-up questions, for at most 24 months. After that we delete them unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to info@10-p-consult.ch. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

No automated individual decision-making: We review your profile personally before you receive it. No automated decision with legal effect for you takes place.

Newsletter, insights and case studies

If you would like to receive insights and case studies, we use your email address and your name to send them. Delivery runs through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Your data is processed in the USA; the basis is the EU standard contractual clauses including the Swiss annex together with a data processing agreement.

We confirm your sign-up using the double opt-in procedure: you receive an email with a confirmation link, and only then do we add you to the list. Mailchimp records whether a message was opened and whether a link was clicked; we use this to improve the content.

You can unsubscribe at any time, using the unsubscribe link in every message or by sending a message to info@10-p-consult.ch. Consent to receive insights is independent of the delivery of a requested profile: anyone who only requests a profile receives no marketing messages.

Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it solely to understand which content is read and through which channels visitors find us. The measurement ID of our property is G-7GN65WX4MD.

Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Art. 31(1) of the Swiss Data Protection Act). For as long as you have not agreed in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set and no identifiers that would allow you to be recognised are stored; technically we use Google Consent Mode for this. Declining puts you at no disadvantage when using this website.

Where consent has been given, the following are recorded in particular: pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth, clicks on external links, form interactions and file downloads, approximate geographic origin at city level, device type and browser, and the referring source. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses; the IP address is used only transiently to determine a coarse location and is then discarded. We do not combine this data with other data sets and draw no conclusions about individual persons.

Retention in our property is limited to 14 months for event data and 14 months for user-related data. A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Google Ads and conversion measurement

From time to time we run ads via Google Ads, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To measure whether an ad leads to an enquiry – such as a Quick Health Check or a booked appointment – we use Google Ads conversion tracking.

Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Art. 31(1) of the Swiss Data Protection Act), which you give in the cookie banner under “Advertising”. Without this consent, no advertising cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google for advertising purposes; technically we use Google Consent Mode for this. Declining puts you at no disadvantage.

Where consent has been given, Google learns that you reached the website via one of our ads and whether an enquiry followed. We only receive statistical evaluations and cannot identify you from them. We do not use remarketing lists or personalised advertising based on your visit.

A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to display our content correctly and in a graphically appealing manner across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website, such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or blocks access, content is displayed in a standard font.
