We serve on formal and informal bodies: advisory boards, supervisory boards and boards of directors. Support follows the frequency you choose, for example four times a year, and can be combined with strategy workshops or support for a strategy process.
The focus is on helping you help yourself: we support building structures that make and keep your company successful on its own. There are examples in every industry we work in.

In project mandates, we work with your organisation on solutions for clearly defined questions: strategy and positioning, restructuring and turnaround, operational excellence in manufacturing and supply chain. We use the proven methods of the 10-P model and transfer them so that your organisation applies them on its own afterwards. As part of a consulting mandate, we take on operational responsibility for a limited period: as head of individual functions, as chief restructuring officer (CRO) or as managing director. It starts with a diagnosis and ends with the planned handover to your own management. The focus is on structures that allow your organisation to deliver peak performance on its own afterwards.
